As A Cub...
Our primary purpose is to guide our mentees or Cubs, as we like to call them, to success by providing many personalized free resources, while simultaneously fostering long lasting relationships of value and purpose.Â
After a Cub applies and is accepted into our program, a successful mentor, also known as a Lion, will bring their experience and wealth of knowledge in their area of expertise to help our Cubs hone their skills and grow professionally. As strong role models, our Lions will be creating and setting goals with our Cubs to give them all the necessary tools for their success. Using our financial means we will award scholarships, and provide access to jobs and internships, giving Cubs hands on experience that they can apply in a professional setting.
Through this program Cubs will be:
- Able to participate in activities which educate and help talented young minorities and immigrants realize their full potential. Â
- Able to participate in activities that teach, train, motivate, and encourage young minorities and immigrants to pursue careers they are passionate about.
- Provided with mentors, entrepreneurship and networking opportunities in various fields.Â
- Provided with scholarships and financial support that will aid in pursuing a higher level of education and entrepreneurship

What is a Lion?
Our lions are experienced and successful professionals in their field. Their purpose is to serve as a mentor and lifelong connection for our Cubs. Many of them are immigrants and minorities themselves and have faced their own difficulties getting to where they are now professionally. Through this program, a Lion will be matched with a Cub who has a similar interest or background to them. Lions will then guide the Cubs using their prior knowledge and first hand experience. They will also share their own network and connections with the Cubs, giving them the best possible chance for success.

A skilled professional, preferably of minority or immigrant background.
What is a Cub?
A cub is anyone ages 17-28 who is of a minority or immigrant background seeking help to achieve their career goals. We are looking for Cubs who are highly motivated to succeed, but lack the resources to actualize their goals.Â

What can Lions help me with?
The mentors are willing to help students with just about anything they may need. This includes, but is not limited to networking, academic/career guidance, and interview preparation. Our mentors are also adept in several technical skills such as accounting, finance, marketing, insurance, and entrepreneurship. As a Cub, you will have unparalleled access to a wealth of resources.
